For service providers: Sign up, submit your credentials for verification, and start accepting jobs once approved. Mark your status as online to receive booking alerts. For homeowners: Download the FIXIE app, create an account, and start booking your service requests.

Anyone can register with us for free, whether you are a service provider or a homeowner.

Log in to your FIXIE account, select the service you need (e.g. cooking, cleaning, maintenance), and enter your location. Confirm your booking and you’re all set.

Yes! All providers are vetted through background checks and credential verification to ensure trustworthiness.

Instant. When you place a booking, we start connecting you with matching service providers nearby.

You can cancel a booking anytime before the service starts. See our cancellation policy for more details.

We accept card and cash payments. Any local or foreign credit/debit card can be used. You pay after the service is completed.

Contact our support team within 24 hours of the service. We will review your case and may offer a refund.

Sign up on the FIXIE app or website, submit your skills, certifications, and ID for verification, and complete onboarding. Once approved, you can start accepting jobs.

You can offer home services like cooking, cleaning, maintenance, automobile, gardening, and more. Specify your skills during signup to match with relevant jobs.

Payments are processed through FIXIE and transferred to your designated account. Check the provider dashboard for payment details.

FIXIE may charge a commission per job for providers. Providers maybe eligible for a transport allowance. The company reserves the right to change fees and allowances at any time.

Complete jobs with high quality, earn positive reviews, and maintain a strong profile. The stronger your profile, the better your chances of getting service requests.

If a client cancels within the allowed time frame, you’ll be notified and no payment will be processed. For late cancellations, you may be eligible for a partial fee—see our provider policies for details.

We prioritize safety with measures like provider verification, secure payments, and in-app communication. Both homeowners and providers can rate and review each other.

Go to the Profile screen and click Delete Account Button. Your account and all of your data will be deleted effective immediately.
